Getting Monday out of the Way Alice Concept Art

American McGee posted some photos of the model they're using for the Alice Returns game. (Via Superpunch) Which led me to this:

Amazing Alice in Wonderland Cheshire Cat concept art in American McGee's Flickr account.

In other news that's kind of old news, Johnny Depp showed up at the Disney D23 Expo dressed up as Captain Jack and announced that he's on board for "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" due out in 2011.

Fast Day is Slow

What we have here is a lack of news about Alice 2010. However, it seems like the sun never sets on Alice in Wonderland. Here are a few new items:

Can we hear a big "Yowsa!" for J. Scott Campbell's Alice in Wonderland cartoon illustration? Here is more by the same artist.

Notes on planning an Alice in Wonderland themed birthday party. Looks good!

I'm not sure if I already linked to this. Sorry if it's a repeat. More information about Alice Returns - the sequel to American McGee's Alice video game.

Speaking of American McGee's Alice Returns, here is more concept art for Alice Returns on SuperPunch.

Last - this is oh so YESTERDAY but it seems that Alice in Wonderland style hairbands are making a comeback.

Happy Birthday to Me

Since it is my birthday, I am giving you a present. I decided to get my crayons out and make a Cheshire Cat wallpaper. This is from the concept art that American McGee posted on his blog. Of course, it's the American McGee's Cheshire Cat because I already posted one for the Tim Burton movie (rather sneakily I might add) here: Cheshire Cat wallpaper. Enjoy and please don't sue me.

More Alice in Wonderland Concept Art

Some of these are old news and thus are probably yawn-worthy for most of you, but a couple are ones I haven't seen yet. Concept art for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, featuring Alice and a whole lot of mushrooms. We also seem to have a doorway of a strange ruin, a room with some seriously menacing wallpaper, and a sprawling messy tea party. Last, we have a strange 3D of Alice, the doorway, and a bridge. I'll have to fire up my 3D glasses later and see how this looks.

Here they are:
