I'm not sure how, but it looks like I missed another trailer for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland. This one was posted two weeks ago and is introduced by Mia Wasikowska. It looks like the last trailer I posted, but has more footage of Alice, instead of being focused on the Hatter.

Woo Hoo! New Trailer for American McGee's Alice

Check it out. A new trailer for American McGee's Alice in Wonderland video game. I thought that it would be coming out in 2010, but now it looks like it's coming out in 2011? At any rate, enjoy the trailer. I hope the graphics on the game are this good. Alice looks really creepy! Cheshire cat is looking rather smashing as well. Via.

Extended Trailer for Alice in Wonderland 2010

Looks like there's a new trailer for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland (a.k.a. Alice 2010.) This comes our way via Spike. Supposedly there is new content, but all I've managed to identify as new is a profile view of Johnny Depp. It also appears that the order of things has been shuffled. Curiouser and Curiouser. Here it is!

Monday is Malice instead of Alice

Another film due in 2009 instead of "The Year of Alice", which we all know is 2010. I just found out about Malice in Wonderland a.k.a. Malice in Sunderland. This movie is in post-production according to IMDB. See below for an interesting preview featuring music from Prodigy's Firestarter.



Here Alice (Maggie Grace) suffers amnesia after being hit by a taxi cab and falls into another world - this one being the dark underworld of gangsters and crooks in England.

A quickie: Alice in Wonderland themed accessories. In this case a belt.

Alice In Wonderland Trailer Leak?

Superpunch has screengrabs from an Alice in Wonderland 2010 trailer which appears to be on YouTube, but which refuses to play for me citing copyright issues. Seeing as how today is supposed to be the release date for the Alice 2010 trailer, I'm sure we'll all see it soon. In the meantime, you can look at the stills from the trailer here. Mmmmmm. Cheshire goodness. Later note: It can be found here until Disney gets to them.

Speaking of the movie, I hope nobody is surprised that Johnny Depp's is the most popular Facebook army. See the next post for details...

New Alice 2010 Photos and Facebook Mayhem

First up, Disney has announced a promotion for Alice in Wonderland using Facebook. They have set up three fan pages. One each for the White Queen (Anne Hathaway), Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter), and Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp). The group that has the most followers on Thursday July 23 at 4 PM Pacific Time will get to see the debut Alice trailer that's been in the news lately.

Slashfilm has posted a description of the trailer. If you want to keep it as a surprise stop reading now and continue to the photos, below.

Alice in Wonderland features gorgeous imagery. Alice never speaks in the trailer. Depp does a voiceover for the trailer as the Mad Hatter. “There is a place like no place on Earth… some say to survive it you need to be mad as a hatter. Which, luckily; I am.” We get to see Alice discover and fall into the rabbit hole. Drinking the potion and shrinking. They show the Cheshire’s face as they did in the animated Disney film - as a floating head. Never complete. I also caught the White Queen, Red Queen, Rabbit, the Tweedles, and some characters that I assume are new for this version. The 3D in Alice is subtle. It didn’t appear to have anything thrown in just to prove it was filmed in 3D.

Tim Burton Talks about Alice 2010 at Comic Con 2009

Tim Burton is expected to show what is being describes as a "pre-trailer" at Comic Con 2009. When asked about what was going to be shown, he said that due to what they were doing and the technologies involved, they didn't have much footage that was ready to show yet. The footage will be shown Thursday July 23 at the Disney 3D panel at Comic Con 2009.

As we've mentioned before, they're using live action actors, motion-capture, and 3D animation all together to make this movie.

Alice 2010 News Here and There

Alice Footage to screen at Comic-Con 2009? Sounds like! Thursday July 23rd from 11 AM to 12:30 PM in Hall H, Walt Disney Pictures will feature footage, cast members, and unseen footage from upcoming 3D films, including Alice In Wonderland. They also mention A Christmas Carol and Tron (They're remaking those?) Guests include Steve Lisberger, Sean Bailey, Tim Burton, and Robert Zemeckis. Patton Oswalt will moderate.

Anne Hathaway is going to be a cute, psycho White Queen. Details here.

Johnny Depp talks about playing the Mad Hatter, from an interview here.

"Well, the Hatter was awfully fun, you know? The Hatter was like... After doing something like John Dillinger, a performance where it's so restrained because of the responsibility you have to that guy, the Mad Hatter was like being fired out of a cannon. The Hatter was great fun and, again, it's one of those things where you're just amazed that that I'm not fired. I truly am."
